Mood buat cookies datang lagi.....just a simple oat cookies...quick n easy recipe....
Coz, last Sunday teramatlah boring..so capai senduk kayu....1,2,3 start! Tak sampai 15min..adunan dah siap utk dibakar...
Level easy nyer...kanak-kanak pun boleh buat ni...but with parents supervision la...nanti abis satu dapur
messy...hehehhe...
For those who are interested to try..I’ll share a recipe as below...
Bahan2nya
120 g butter (saya guna buttercup)
80 g gula perang
120 g Oat
40 g chopped badam/hazelnut/pecan ( nak lebih pun xpe)
150 g tepung gandum ( saya guna 130 g shj)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
30 g chocolate chips ( nak lebih pun xpe)
Cara2
1. Mix butter & gula perang.kacau sampai kembang. Guna senduk kayu je..
2. Masukkan essence vanila
3. Masukkan Oat, chopped badam, tepung, baking powder.kacau sampai sebati.
4. Bulat2kan..kemudian tekan menggunakan garfu..atau nak buat bentuk ape2 pon boleh.ikut suka hati J
5. Bakar selama 20min..suhu 170..
Senangkan??? Selamat mencuba!
