Chocolate Walnut Torte...sound funny...hehehehe. Tor’te means a rich cake...

Kek ni pula gabungan kacang walnut & coklat.....I just use a small quantity of flour....less flour recipe....

Rasanya of course lemak kacang walnut tu terasa....dan juga rasa chocolate....

And special about this cake is the cream...Filing & topping of this cake are using Philiphines White Cream....namanya aje oversea...tp Salak tinggi mari...

Cream ni memang special . Nak buat pun bukan senang weiiii.....hehehehe

Every layer of the cake, ada chocolate ganache & chopped chocolate crispy....then layered with Philiphines White cream...So heaven!

Cream yg tak manis & ada rasa unik dan tersendiri...Kalau tak cuba...tak tahu....
